I painted this image of a rooster because I love the roosters on my neighbors farm. They are extremely colorful and have an amazing shaped head with the comb that wiggles around when they move. I enjoy the tail feathers that stick up as they strut around and also the huge variety of colors that each rooster has. They are a beautiful bird that appears to own the farm that they live on and seem to think they are in charge of everyone.
