The beautiful tapestry of colors in the Haystack Rocks at Cannon Beach reflect back in the surrounding tidal ponds. The play of light at the coast captivates and calms me as I believe it does for others such as this couple I've included in my composition. I've been visiting this area for many years and was inspired to try to capture the play of light and colors as it reflects in the watery intersection of land and sea.
