Graffiti girl is part of my "Zilla Series" and began with water-soluble mark making media of various line qualities. Then using my favorite brush, I moved colored India Ink around on the canvas to create lovely grays. I added bright acrylic paint! As I worked on each painting in the series, it was set beneath them and got some drips and smears that certainly added to my creativity. I added the 3D bug trails, crows and the moon from my childhood memories.
