Typical of the woods surrounding Lacey on an early morning walk, the sun soaks thru a the clearing fog illuminating a distant hill starting to break out of the soft shroud. Walkers return to the sunlight leaving behind a wet world of ferns and undergrowth that is almost unreal in its vigor for life.
